A team of experts will sit down with the trustees of The Exchange to map out the business plan and fundraising journey which will provide a route map for the future which the whole community can get behind as part of the first phase of the £8 million development.
SGI (Start, Grow, Improve) in London have been appointed to work with the volunteers as part of grant funding provided by the Architectural Heritage Fund. (Link). SGI provide solutions which are are focused on helping entrepreneurs to overcome the main challenges they face in starting up and staying in business. The final report will analyse the opportunities available for the regeneration of the building as an arts venue and community and wellbeing hub as well as identifying risks, issues and potential funding streams. The report will be published on The Exchange website and will shape how the charity moves forward.
