Clitheroe artist, Gosha Gibek has used the Covid lockdown to create a beautiful new image of The Exchange bringing her distinctive style of colour, light and movement to a fantastic new painting which will be on display when the building reopens to the public.

As well as bringing rich warm gold tones to the piece, Gosha has used her trademark technique using a household non-drip gloss paint, dripped from a pallet knife onto a surface, to create a simplistic beauty and texture.

An anonymous donor commissioned Gosha to produce the original. The image will be used to develop prints, cards and gifts as part of a new range of souvenirs and merchandise to be on sale in a new e-commerce section of the website funded by Boost Lancashire.
