Trustees welcome business leader to the board
The charity behind the £8 million restoration of The Exchange in Blackburn has welcomed a new trustee to the board, John James (JJ) McGregor from Darwen.
JJ has more than twenty years’ experience in business leadership and management roles. Leading a highly successful mergers & acquisitions team in the North West for 13 years, he has advised owner-managers on business development, business strategy and share sale transactions across multiple sectors. JJ says: “I am excited to be a part of the team involved in bringing the iconic Exchange building back to life. More than restoring a great building, we are seeking to restore joy and a sense of pride in a local landmark. We are committed to seeing this new space being accessed and enjoyed by and to the benefit of the local community in Blackburn.”
