Huge congratulations to Caerwen Butler, Manager of The Exchange who has passed her MBA and ILM Level 7 to finish her Senior Executive Level Apprenticeship. Caer, gained a distinction in her MBA and a merit in the ILM Level 7, passing with flying colours under challenging circumstances. Over the last 12 months she’s been juggling her studies, the challenges of running the business through lockdown, a work-based project dissertation and home-schooling as a mum.
Caer started working for the charity, Re:Source as the new Apprenticeship Manager of The Exchange in September 2017 and has been following the Executive Leaders Masters in Business Administration (MBA) Apprenticeship with the University of Central Lancashire. Due to Covid and lockdown, the final discussion interview and assessments of the Senior Executive Level Apprenticeship were delayed until last month. These fantastic results were worth the wait. Well done, Caer from all the team!
